Boarding
Westmorland House is a mixed boarding house, which provides accommodation for a maximum of fifty-five students. The house is arranged with twelve self contained flats in where students live in single sex groups of five.
Each flat has two twin study bedrooms, a single bedroom, bathroom and a living room space with fridge and microwave.
Within Westmorland House, there is also a Sixth Form bar, the Surf Shack, two common rooms, a kitchen and an ICT suite for students to use.
Students who attend on a daily basis are individually allocated to a boarding flat and are also given personal study space within the house. This enables both day and boarding students to feel part of the Sixth Form Centre.
Students are responsible for keeping their rooms and flats clean and tidy, as well as doing their own laundry using the facilities in the house.
Westmorland House also has staff accommodation for the Housemaster, Mr O'Loughlin and his wife and other academic staff who live on site.
