WSA will make every effort to provide the Summer School on the dates published, but reserves the right to cancel; in such cases, notice will be given on or before 1st June 2008.

WSA will operate the Summer School responsibly, providing adequate levels of staffing, however, no liability can be accepted for any accident or misadventure which befalls a student.

Students are expected to behave appropriately at all times. No smoking or consumption of alcohol or use of illegal drugs is permitted at any time on or off the school premises. WSA reserves the right to expel from the course any student who does not comply with these rules.

WSA must be informed at the time of booking of any medical conditions or special dietary requirements.

It is the responsibility of students and their parents to ensure they are in possession of the correct documentation and passport. A visa may be required before travelling and can take time to organise, however we are happy to help with any arrangements you need.

Full terms and conditions will be included with every booking form. By confirming their booking and reserving a place on the course, parents and students agree to be bound by these conditions.
