Fees

Our fees are all-inclusive and are intended to cover costs from arrival at WSA to the day of departure. The complete three-and-a-half-week course will take place from 9th July to 2nd August inclusive, and each place costs £2,600.

Fees include:

  • All tuition, including teaching costs and materials
  • Secure site, fully supervised 24 hours a day
  • All meals and packed lunches for excursions
  • Excursions, visits and recreational activities
  • All sports and activities with qualified instructors, including safety equipment
  • Laundry
  • Medical and travel insurance
  • Organised ‘meet-and-greet’ service from Manchester Airport

Students are advised to bring a modest amount of pocket money. Students may leave their money and valuables in the school safe with daily access if required.

Before applying, we recommend you contact the school to ensure that places are still available. Upon acceptance of your booking, we will send confirmation of your child’s place and request a non-refundable deposit of £390, though you may pay in full, if you wish.

The balance of payment will be due four weeks before commencement of the Summer School. Please be aware that only part of the fee will be refundable if you cancel your place within 30 days of the start of the programme (see Terms and Conditions).

Payment can be made by cheque (British currency) payable to: Windermere Educational Trust Limited, or by direct bank transfer.

Cancellation charges:
60 days or more before commencement of the course: no charge
43-60 days before commencement of the course: £390 (deposit)
11-42 days before commencement of the course: 50% of course fees
0-10 days before commencement of the course: 100% of course fees
After course has started: 100% of course fees
