Key Stage One (5-7 years)

The journey continues as more formal schooling begins on entry into Year 1. A broad and varied range of lessons is planned, expertly delivered by our experienced staff who continue to help children develop academically, morally, spiritually and, most importantly, individually.

The core subjects are delivered by a class teacher in spacious rooms. Each class has a full-time teaching assistant and is well resourced. Small class sizes ensure close and secure relationships between pupils and staff, making for a wonderful environment where mutual respect is not only attempted, but achieved.

Here at Elleray Pre-Prep, we believe that children learn best when inspired and motivated. Children will experience a wide variety of educational visits both locally and further afield and specialist teachers take the children for Physical Education, Music, Drama and French.
